Shipments
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. In the event that the product is out of stock or becomes out of stock during submission of your order, the item will be custom created based on the features you selected and shipped within 5 - 10 days.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
WBL Creations uses all diligence to insure that the item(s) shipped correspond to the item(s) on the order. Since all items are hand crafted, using raw materials listed, each item is is unique in it's appearance, wood grain and color etc. However, if the product does not meet your expectations you may return it based on the following conditions.
All returns must be received at our business location within 30 Days of the customer's received date. Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products returned must be in original undamaged condition in order to qualify for a refund. Once the return product has been properly examined and qualified for a refund, we will refund (less shipping charges) directly to your credit card.
